What is "Repair Now, Pay Later"?
It means we can start (and often finish) your repair today, and you settle payment afterward instead of upfront. It's meant for genuine cases where you need your device urgently but can't pay immediately. Approval is at our discretion and may depend on the repair cost and device — our team will confirm eligibility with you on WhatsApp after you book.
How long does a repair take?
Most common repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports) are same-day. More complex issues — motherboard faults, liquid damage, or waiting on a specific part — can take 2–5 working days. We'll always give you a time estimate after diagnosis.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. We use genuine or manufacturer-grade parts and will always tell you upfront which one applies to your repair and why, before any work begins.
Is my data safe?
We don't access personal data as part of a hardware repair. Still, we always recommend backing up your device before handing it over, since some repairs (e.g. motherboard issues) can carry a small risk of data loss that's outside our control.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every repair comes with a 90-day warranty covering the specific part and issue we fixed. If the same problem returns within that period, we'll fix it again at no extra cost.
How much will my repair cost?
It depends on the device and issue, so we don't quote blind. Once you book, our team reviews your details and sends a clear price on WhatsApp before any work starts — you're never charged without confirming first.
What if I choose pickup?
Let us know your pickup location when booking, and our team will confirm a pickup time with you on WhatsApp. Your device is handed back the same way once repaired, or you can arrange to collect it in-store.
